Itinerary

1 day- Arrival at the hotel, walk around hotel, rest.( pick up from airport to hotel)

2 day- Breakfast 9:00 am in 2 hours start Hatha yoga on the beach, ( pick up from hotel to yoga location, drop back to hotel), 7pm Lunch, body massage.

3 day- Breakfast 9:00 am in 2 hours start meditation on the....., ( pick up from hotel to meditation location, drop back to hotel), 7pm Lunch, foot massage.

4 day- Breakfast 9:00 am in 2 hours start fly yoga, 7pm lunch, body massage.

5 day- Breakfast 9:00 am in 2 hours start Pilates, 7pm lunch, spa.( body massage)

Included/Excluded

  • Yoga, Pilates, Stretching& Meditation classes.
  • Spa salon (body massage + foot massage) other wellness treatments for a fee!
  • Trip to the Odyssey Submarine Bali diving.
